Adobe Acrobat Approval was a component of the Acrobat family that was developed by Adobe Systems with review and approval features for electronic forms. Options included password protection with 128-bit encryption.

Acrobat Approval was released in 2001 as an enterprise option for Acrobat 5 users, superseding the Acrobat Business Tools from Acrobat 4.0.[1] It was discontinued on September 30, 2004 as its features had been integrated into Acrobat 6 and Adobe Reader Extensions Server.[2]
