Adobe After Effects CC is the current series of After Effects visual effects and compositing applications offered by subscription through Adobe Creative Cloud.

Starting in October 2017, After Effects CC relied on the Windows or macOS operating systems for decoding and playback of Dolby audio. Earlier versions were no longer available and future versions do not provide native support for encoding Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Plus sound formats.[1][2]
