Adobe ColdFusion 9 is the ninth major version of ColdFusion, released by Adobe Systems on October 5, 2009.[1] It is the last version to support JRun, before ColdFusion 10 replaced its underlying Java engine with Apache Tomcat.[2]

The public beta of ColdFusion 9 and ColdFusion Builder began in July 2009.[3] Version 9.0.1 was later released in the 3 editions:
