Adobe FrameViewer 6 was the final version of the FrameReader / FrameViewer read-only applications for viewing FrameMaker documents.

FrameViewer 6 for was released only for Windows and Unix in 2000. The final version for Macintosh was FrameViewer 5.5.[1] This functionality was succeeded by Adobe Acrobat Reader since PDF had become Adobe's official document exchange format.
