Adobe Premiere Elements is Adobe's consumer-oriented version of Adobe Premiere Pro, targeted towards casual users and families. It is often bundled together with Adobe Photoshop Elements and/or Elements Organizer.

Product history[]

Adobe Premiere Elements 4 was directly superseded by Premiere Elements 7 in August 2008 (skipping 5 and 6) to bring version numbers into parity for the annual bundles with Photoshop Elements.[1] Version numbers were replaced with dates for marketing since Premiere Elements 2018, released on October 4, 2017.[2] The latest version is Premiere Elements 2023, announced on September 29, 2022.[3]
