Adobe Sign is an electronic document signing service from Adobe as part of Adobe Document Cloud.

The service began in late 2005 as EchoSign.[1] After being acquired by Adobe Systems in July 2011,[2] it became known as Adobe EchoSign and added support for mobile devices.[3][4] In April 2015, it became eSign services under Adobe Document Cloud. In May 2016, it became Adobe Sign.[5]
