Adobe Streamline was graphics utility developed by Adobe Systems to convert scanned graphics or raster images into vector files.

Streamline 4.0
Version 4.0 was the final major release of Streamline. It was discontinued in 2005 as a more advanced Live Trace functionality had been built into Adobe Illustrator CS2,[1][2]
