Adobe Version Cue CS4 is the fourth and last major version of the Version Cue collaborative workspace software. It was included as an installation option with almost all versions of Adobe Creative Suite 4, except Production Premium.[1]
Migration path[]
Version Cue was discontinued from Adobe Creative Suite 5, but a migration path from CS4 was possible through the use of Adobe Drive 2 with Bridge CS5.[1][2] However, Adobe Drive itself was phased out by December 2017. Adobe recommended that Drive users migrate to Adobe Experience Manager's desktop app.[3]
End of support[]
The activation servers for CS4 applications were reported to be shut down in 2021.[4][5] This was confirmed by Adobe in March 2021 and downloads were no longer being offered.[6]
