Allaire HomeSite 3.0 is the third major version of the HomeSite HTML editing tool, released in November 1997. It is the second major version by Allaire Corporation, after it had acquired HomeSite 1.0 from programmer Nick Bradbury.[1]
HomeSite 3.0 was available for US$89 for a packaged version and US$79 for an "electronic" downloadable version.[2] Users who had purchased HomeSite 2.5 between July 1, 1997 and January 31, 1998 were eligible for a free upgrade. The last known update was version 3.0.1,[3] released in March 1998.[4]
