Macromedia Backstage Manager was a remote website management utility that was released by Macromedia.
Product history[]
The program was originally developed by iBand, which was acquired by Macromedia in March 1996.[1][2] Backstage Manager was released as part of version 1.0 of Macromedia Backstage Desktop Studio and Enterprise Studio, which went on sale in June 1996.[3]
It was also included as part of Macromedia Backstage Internet Studio 2,[4] which was released in the first quarter of 1997.[5]
