Presedia Inc. was a privately-held web teleconferencing software company that was acquired by Macromedia in 2003.[1]

Based in Sunnyvale, California,[2] Presidia was founded in 1999 by Kevin Lynch and Keith Kitani. Its first two applications were Presedia Publisher and Presedia Producer,[1][3] launched in 2000 and renamed Presedia Express in 2001.[4][5]

Presedia was bought by Macromedia in January 2003 for an undisclosed sum.[1] The following month, its flagship Presedia Express System online presentation tools were relaunched as Macromedia Breeze.[6] Presedia co-founder Kevin Lynch became executive vice president and Chief Software Architect of Macromedia.[7]
