RoboHELP 2.0 was the 2nd major version of the RoboHelp authoring tool, released in September 1993 by Blue Sky Software.[1]

Features[]

RoboHelp 2 was advertised with over 100 new features, including support for the Windows 3.1 Help Engine and an Error Wizard to detect bugs before compiling.[1][2]

  • RoboHELP 2.5 was an upgrade released in early 1994 that supported Microsoft Word 6 and Word for Windows 2.0. It added the ability to insert bitmap graphics with hotspots into help windows.[3]
  • RoboHELP 2.6.1 was released in May 1994 and included a Help Compiler, so that a separate development environment was no longer needed.[4]
