Serious Magic was a software developer that created Ovation, ULTRA, and Visual Communicator.
History[]
The company was founded in early 2001 by industry veterans in Folsom, California.[1] Adobe Systems acquired Serious Magic on October 19, 2006 as part of its strategy to promote Flash-based video.[2][3]
